Terms
Reflect Terms of Use
Last updated: March 24, 2026. These Terms of Use apply to the Reflect app and reflectapps.com.
Scope
By using Reflect or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you download Reflect from the Mac App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and the standard Apple licensed application end user license agreement unless a different App Store license applies.
Using Reflect
Reflect gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for lawful personal or internal business use.
You may not misuse Reflect, interfere with the app or website, copy or resell Reflect except where law allows it, or reverse engineer Reflect except to the extent that applicable law cannot prohibit that activity.
Purchases and billing
In-app purchases are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store and StoreKit.
Subscriptions renew according to Apple's terms unless you cancel them in your Apple account settings.
Refunds, billing issues, and payment processing are handled by Apple under Apple's policies and applicable law.
A lifetime purchase means a one-time, non-recurring entitlement for the Reflect app. It does not create a right to unrelated future apps, services, or major new products that may be offered separately.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you choose to display or share with Reflect and for making sure you have the right to use and share that content.
You are also responsible for reviewing your own meeting, workplace, confidentiality, and compliance requirements before sharing any content.
Availability, updates, and support
Reflect may evolve over time. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and Reflect may issue updates, fixes, or improvements at any time.
Reflect may suspend or limit access if reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or App Store requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
Reflect is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that Reflect will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow or meeting setup.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reflect is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of Reflect or this website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and contact
Reflect may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this page.
